MIDE impone 30 días de arresto a pilotos de Karim Abu Naba

SANTO DOMINGO, República Dominicana.-El ministro de Defensa, teniente general Rubén Paulino Sem, sancionó con 30 días de arresto severo al coronel y el mayor que  pilotaban el helicóptero  en que  viajaba Karim Abu Naba a y tres mujeres,  que aterrizo sin autorización en el Estado Cibao, el pasado domingo.

La penalidad impuesta por el jefe de los cuerpos armados recae en contra de los pilotos coronel  Audis Martes Núñez y el mayor Ramiro Junior Jaquez Rubio, que deberán cumplir en una celda del pabellón de oficiales del Regimiento de Guardias de Honor del Ministerio de Defensa.

Conforma a las orden de castigo 111 y 112 de 2017, ambos oficiales fueron penados por el hecho de aterrizar una aeronave dentro de las instalaciones del estado Cibao, en Santiguo de los Caballeros, sin contar con el permiso correspondiente.

La orden refiere que los pilotos, asignados a la Caballería de Sangre del Ejercito de la República Dominicana (ERD), quebrantaron  las normas establecidas que rigen el sistema de aeronavegabilidad y aviación general, poniendo en riesgo la vida de las personas que ocupaban la aeronave y las que  se encontraban en el estadio.

Este marte,  el Instituto Dominicano de Aviación Civil (IDAC) suspendió la licencia de vuelo al coronel piloto Jaquez Rubio e impuso impedimento de operaciones al helicóptero involucrado en el aterrizaje indebida.

La aeronave suspendida es de matrícula N212HK, Serie 4703. Modelo EC130B4, tipo Rotercreft.
