PELOTA DOMINICANA ARRANCARÁ EL 15 DE NOVIEMBRE CON 30 JUEGOS SERIE REGULAR Y CUATRO SERIES DE CLASIFICACIÓN

Ejecutivos de la Liga Dominicana de Béisbol Profesional (LIDOM), representada por su presidente Vitelio Mejía, anunciaron que la próxima  temporada del béisbol otoño-invernal iniciará el 15 de noviembre del 2020.

Los representativos de la LIDOM, también anunció que el torneo, debe terminar el 15 e enero del 2021, para lo cual se han hecho angunos de ajustes.

Ademas anunciaron  que  formato aprobado  es una serie regular con 30 fechas del 15 de noviembre al 19 de diciembre, con 5 días de descanso.

La temporada tendrá una modalidad de una serie al mejor de tres juegos del 21 al 23 de diciembre a disputarse entre los equipos que hayan quedado en 4to y 5to lugar, siempre que la diferencia entre ambos sea de máximo 3 partidos.

Una Serie Semifinal pactada a siete encuentros desde el 26 de diciembre al 4 de enero entre los equipos que hayan finalizado primero y cuarto, y los equipos que finalicen en el 2do y 3er lugar, con 3 días libres.

Y una Serie Final 7/4, con 3 días de descanso, que en caso de extenderse al máximo finalizaría el 15 de enero.
