Asunto:  Hospital confirma la muerte de Samuel Ulloa, afectado en explosión distribución de Gas Licuado de Petróleo (GLP), Coopegas, en Licey.

Distinguidos comunicadores:

La Dirección General del Hospital José María Cabral y Báez, confirma que, en el día de hoy sábado 17 de octubre, el paciente Samuel Ulloa, de 19 años de edad falleció luego de haber recibido todas las atenciones humanamente posibles por parte del equipo médico y de enfermería de este centro de salud.

El doctor Bernardo Hilario Reyes, director de este hospital, lamenta el fallecimiento de Ulloa, se recuerda que en el reporte de ayer sobre las condiciones del paciente se informó, que el pronóstico del joven era reservado y que estaba en condiciones críticas, ya que estaba afectado por quemaduras en un 90 %.

Ulloa falleció pasada las 12:00 mediodía de hoy.
