PELEDEÍSTAS EN SANTIAGO OPTIMISTAS CON VOTACIONES INTERNAS

SANTIAGO DE LOS CABALLEROS, República Dominicana.- Dirigentes del Partido de la Liberación Dominicana (PLD) en la provincia de Santiago afirman que el congreso que desarrolla esta organización política es “la puerta al relanzamiento y la renovación”.

Al ser consultados por el equipo de acento.com.do, los peledeístas se mostraron optimistas del proceso con el cual esperan se retomen los trabajos de cada una de las estructuras.

Los morados en Santiago evaluaron como “masiva” la participación de los presidentes de comité de base en las votaciones internas de este domingo para elegir los nuevos miembros del Comité Central.

“Un proceso democrático, abierto, transparente; ha habido en algunos centros una votación masiva de los compañeros y al final esperamos que cierre este proceso de manera favorable para nuestro partido”, afirmó la exgobernadora de Santiago Ana María Domínguez Hernández, quien  aspira  a llegar al Comité Central.

“Es un entusiasmo que hay, es una actividad dinámica, los compañeros están participando, entendemos que es una renovación que se está produciendo dentro del partido y lo más importantes es que vamos a salir fortalecidos de este proceso”, afirmó Jonael Fernández.

El dirigente y candidato Radhamés Espinal “Sasá” dijo a su vez que, “a pesar de la reciente derrota electoral, el partido se renovará y peleará el espacio perdido en el pueblo dominicano”.

Aunque no se trató de un proceso de elecciones abiertas a la población, sino de unas votaciones internas del PLD, los ofrecimientos para que se votara por uno u otro candidato fueron notorios. Se pudo ver que candiatos tenían lobistas en los centros de votaciones, con tarjetas y algunos pesos para motivar la elección a su favor.

En centros de votaciones como la zona sur de Santiago, de la zona tres, se pudo ver un gran movimiento de personas en las entradas de los recintos que motivaban a los votantes a favorecer a los suyos.
