APLAZADA PARA EL 13 MEDIDA COERCIÓN PARA IMPUTADO OPERACIÓN FALCÓN

SANTIAGO DE LOS CABALLEROS.- Fue aplazada para el miércoles 13 el conocimiento de la medida de coerción contra Alejandro Rafael Pérez Pérez, uno de los imputados de la Operación Falcón, apresado hace una semana en Moca, provincia Espaillat.

El juez que lleva el proceso de Pérez Pérez y otros imputados de este caso, Cirilo Salomón Sánchez, acogió la solicitud de los abogados de otorgar más tiempo a la defensa para estudiar el expediente.

Los defensores también revelaron que el motivo del aplazamiento tiene que ver con los impedimentos que han tenido para hablar con el cliente.

Entre otras irregularidades que denunciaron, los abogados Armando Ramos y Elvis Acosta, acusaron al Ministerio Público de haber impedido que familiares y abogados vean al detenido, versión que ha sido contrapuesta por las autoridades de la Fiscalía del distrito judicial de Santiago.

Los defensores sumaron a las denuncias una que apunta a que en el Ministerio Público “han llegado a la violación de falsificar documentos en el proceso para imponer su razón”.

El caso judicial de Alejandro Rafael Pérez Pérez es el quinto que se sigue en Santiago relacionado al proceso de la Operación Falcón, en la  que los imputados suman 29.

Este número excluye a varias otras personas que han sido apresadas, entrevistadas o interrogadas, a quienes no se ha solicitado medida de coerción en su contra.

Otro caso

Para este viernes 8 se espera el fallo de la medida de coerción para decidir la situación del primer grupo de 23 implicados. El Ministerio Público ha solicitado 18 meses de prisión preventiva y la complejidad del caso para 17 imputados y la prisión domiciliaria más impedimento de salida del país para otros 6.
